How do I know if my animal needs a treatment?

If only they could talk! There are several signs that you can look for in your animal, which might indicate that they are uncomfortable or physically struggling:

  1. Behavioural changes, such as napping, bucking and rearing in horses, or growling or reluctance to perform normal tasks in dogs.
  2. History of poorly fitting tack
  3. Less than ideal conformation such as a long back
  4. Has suffered from an accident, injury or fall
  5. Poor performance
  6. Increased heart or respiration rate
  7. Unusual sweating or panting
  8. Loss of condition
  9. Loss of appetite
  10. Lameness
