How many treatments will my animal need?

This really depends on the individual animal. Generally, horses need a couple of treatments, spaced at least 10-14 days apart. This time allows for any reactions to the treatment to settle and for the animal to adjust to its new alignment. Dogs sometimes need three or four treatments (spaced approximately a week apart) due to the flexibility of their spines. However if your animal has had a long-term problem then they may require a longer course of treatments. Also maintenance treatments are highly recommended (spaced 3-6 months apart) for those in high levels of work or competing regularly to ensure they are in peak condition and able to perform to the very best of their ability.
